Currently, Google Public DNS is used by default if no DNS is specified for the server:
github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client@c7b1c2809f/client/core/utils/selfhosted/scriptsRegistry.cpp (L148-L149)

The proposal is to use Quad9 as a more private and more secure alternative.
From the official website:

Recommended: Malware Blocking, DNSSEC Validation (this is the most typical configuration)
IPv4
9.9.9.9
149.112.112.112

This problem is specifically important because editing DNS is not supported for free configurations.
As an alternative solution, the app could suggest a list of supported DNS for free configurations, i.e. defaultDns could be added.
