Describe the bug
The client doesn't reconnect after switching to mobile internet from wi-fi, but it works the other way around. And it worked as it supposed to on one of previous versions (don't remember which one exactly).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Turn off wi-fi connection
2. Use quick settings panel to watch if the client shortcut blink
3. See error

Expected behavior
The client reconnects every time the connection type is switched.

Smartphone:

• Device: [Tecno Spark 8C]
• OS: [Android]
• Version [11]

Server:

• OS: [Ubuntu 25.10 x64]

Additional context
"Handshake" with a server fails if the client doesn't reconnect
