Split tunneling doesn't work as expected on a self hosted vpn.
Enabled split tunneling and switched to "Addresses from the list should NOT be accessed via VPN" but the website is still accessible. For example I listed https://www.youtube.com/ in the list of sites should NOT be accessed but I'm able to access it as well as other blocked websites.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to split tunneling option put the a blocked website to the list of Addresses from the list should NOT be accessed via VPN
turn on vpn
check the website
Go to split tunneling and check "Only the sites listed here will be accessed through the VPN".
turn on vpn.
check blocked websites.

Expected behavior
the website should clearly be unavailable

OS: Windows 10
Amnezia version 4.8.15.4

When it set to "Only the sites listed here will be accessed through the VPN" - non of the listed sites ever load.
