How-to-reproduce
EXPECTED: the clients is ready for "Подключиться" action
ACTUAL: "VPN disconnected" notification appears, clients shows "Переподключение" as state and stops responding for clicks on state area, the rest of UI still works
The issue is not reproducible with other servers/protocols. Android client works fine

На Android похожее тоже встречал. Периодически зависает, хотя нажатие в приложении срабатывает. Значок VPN в статусе например то появляется, то исчезает, то есть главная кнопка отрабатывает. Помогает только полный рестарт приложения.
