Describe the bug
Currently killswitch appears to be implemented by blocking DNS queries and depends on having systemd-resolved (see https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client/issues/708)

This is at best breaking the DNS and at worst doesn't work if the system has a caching local DNS resolver installed! (e.g. unbound)
With a caching DNS resolver it will allow access as long as cache is live on the local resolver even with the killswitch on.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. see https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client/issues/708

Expected behavior
Killswitch is either always off on systems without systemd-resolved or implemented without depending on it.
