Describe the bug

When using AmneziaVPN with an AmneziaWG server, the VPN connects normally.

If Split Tunneling is enabled and the application list is empty, the VPN also connects normally.

As soon as any application (for example Chrome or Telegram) is added to the split tunneling list, the VPN remains in "Connecting..." forever.

The WireGuard/AmneziaWG handshake never reaches the server.

Device

• Samsung Galaxy A33 5G
• Android 16
• Amnezia VPN 4.8.19 (Google Play)

Server

• AWG
• Docker
• ghcr.io/w0rng/amnezia-wg-easy:latest

Steps to reproduce

1. Connect normally → works.
2. Enable Split Tunneling.
3. Leave app list empty → works.
4. Add any application (Chrome, Telegram, etc.).
5. Connect.

Expected behavior

VPN should connect and only selected apps should use the tunnel.

Actual behavior

VPN stays in "Connecting..." indefinitely.

No handshake reaches the server.

Additional information

• Always-on VPN: disabled
• Block connections without VPN: disabled
• Without Split Tunneling everything works correctly.
