Just an endless connection loop.

If I use Android device in same environment instead of Windows PC, it immediately connects. sfc /scannow, resetting ip stack , reinstalling client, checking\switchign off any network security features didn't yield any result. No other VPN software is installed\active. There is an 4311 eventID error in Windows System log
