Describe the bug
In Yandex Browser, after adding files to the exceptions browser.exe , browser_proxy.exe and clidmgr.exe websites stop loading altogether.

Expected behavior
I have two browsers: Yandex Browser and Firefox. I want to ban the Yandex Browser from working through AmneziaVPN, since I am from Russia and most Russian sites already block access via VPN. And I need AmneziaVPN to work with sites that are not available in Russia. The problem is that after adding the files to the exceptions browser.exe , browser_proxy.exe and clidmgr.exe websites stop loading in this browser altogether.

OS: Windows 10
Version: Home SL 22H2 64Bit
