Describe the bug

root@hp-xw4400:~# AmneziaVPN
Incompatible processor. This Qt build requires the following features:
    sse4.1 sse4.2 popcnt
Aborted

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Debian 13

Additional context
I can't beleive that VPN GUI really requires CPU instruction set more recent than e.g. CAD software. ;-)
While AWG engine doesn't require it.
See issue #2592.
Please, compile Qt with proper flags.

Same for AMD A8-3530MX.
Compiled with the proper flag and everything works.
But it took 2 days on my hardware and Amnezia Free doesn't work without a signature.
Very sad.
