Describe the bug
Apps added to the 'App-based split tunneling' exclusion list still go through the tunnel. The 'connect' button incorrectly shows disconnected state.
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
The connect UI element 'spins' once and the ring stays white, with 'connect' text displayed. In this state the tunnel is actually connected and all apps listed in the app-based split tunneling exclusion list are routed through the tunnel.

This issue started with the first client update following your big 'ddos' outage in summer, so client version 4.8.19-ish
