This code fully based on the previously merged PR from fameowner99: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amnezia-client/pull/764

This PR just adds the additional row with AllowedIPs list on Share -> Users page -> Expandable Pane.

AmneziaVPN is a perfect VPN solution but in my case I would like also to access from one device to another inside the VPN network.

So the field 'Allowed IPS' could be very useful for see the list IPs for each user, without going to the server console. For e.g.:

Client1: Allowed IPs: 10.8.1.2/32
Client2: Allowed IPs: 10.8.1.3/32, 192.168.2.0/24

The field is optional same to other fields there and just will be hidden if no data available.
