Describe the bug
When split tunneling is enabled with only specific list of sites are proxied and server goes down - network doesn't work altogether. VPN server are prone to a lot of downtime unfortunately.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to 'Split tunneling'
Enable 'Site-based split tunneling'
Type to website or IP 'google.com'
Press '+' to add site to list
Enable VPN
Shut down your server
Disconnect + reconnect to VPN
Open 'theuselessweb.com' (site IO must not be cached in the system!)

Expected behavior
'theuselessweb.com' and other sites work, 'google.com' doesn't work

Actual behavior
'This site can’t be reached' + 'server IP cannot be found' for every site until AmneziaVPN stops trying to reconnect to server silently (which has infinite retries if it was initiated by AmneziaVPN itself without manual reconnect).

Desktop:

OS: Windows 10

Server :

OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS

Extra context:

tried with and without AmneziaDNS
amneziaVPN 4.5.3.0 used
