Describe the bug
Fails to connect on certain ip in split based tunneling

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Split tunneling -> Site Based -> Only the sites listed will be accessed through VPN
Replace ip list with the following config
[
{"hostname":"69.55.53.171/24","ip":""}
]
Try to connect
The connection is not established.

Message in log:
