Fix Android Launcher Icons for Modern Devices

Updated Android launcher icons to address visual issues on later Android devices and similar devices. Added themed icons (monochrome mask support for Android 13+ Quick Settings) and full adaptive icons with foreground/background layers for proper scaling and theming. Refreshed icon designs for a cleaner, more modern

Changes

Added adaptive icon format (mipmap-anydpi-v26/ic_launcher.xml, ic_launcher_foreground.xml, ic_launcher_background.xml).
Added themed icon support for Android 13+ dynamic theming.
