Describe the bug
I downloaded .exe file and shortened the name to AmneziaVPN.exe, but it failed to install all the time saying "the app is open", though it was not. I was confused for a while and finally understood that it only checks AmneziaVPN.exe in the processes list (and it's open because it is the installer itself). I changed the name of the file and it installed successfully.

Please add a check of the path too (to make sure it's not the installer running and failing itself).

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download the installer
Shorten the name of the installer to "AmneziaVPN.exe"
Open it and see it always fails

Expected behavior
The installer does not trigger itself to check if the main app is open

OS: Win11
Version 4.6.0.3
