Describe the bug
Hello, I made a blocked.json file consisting of 292k entries based on roskomsvoboda API list.
Importing it to AmneziaVPN freezed it completely (I waited ~5 minutes).

Format of the file:

    {
        "hostname": "1.32.194.67",
        "ip": "1.32.194.67"
    },
    {
        "hostname": "1.32.194.195",
        "ip": "1.32.194.195"
    },
]

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Create a 292k entries JSON for split tunnelling
Import it in split tunneling
See app frozen

Expected behavior
A progress bar / faster behavior

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: MacOS Sonoma
Version 14.6.1

Additional context
App version 4.6.0.3

Somewhat connected to an issue on windows

After restart, app worked as usual, getting to split tunneling hanged app again.

To wipe the list I invoked plistbuddy -c 'Delete :Conf.ForwardSites' ~/Library/Preferences/org.amneziavpn.AmneziaVPN.plist.
