📄 Description

Since the icon is already present at /opt/AmneziaVPN/AmneziaVPN.png, the icon reference in the .desktop file now points directly to it.

Previously, the .desktop file was installed to /usr/share/applications, which breaks the installation on immutable distributions (such as Fedora Silverblue) and is generally the wrong path anyway, since this isn't a package-based installation.

The .desktop file should therefore live in /usr/local/share/applications instead, which also avoids breaking the installation on immutable distributions.
