Describe the bug
When importing a large number of domains or applications.
There is a situation when the VPN client starts to slow down a lot (namely the application). The list is completely loaded when switching to the tunneling setting, because of this, everything hangs incredibly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Amazia VPN.
Click on Split Tunneling (let's say sites).
Upload a large number of sites, I'm not sure how many, but I think the problems will start after 50-100 sites.
Observe a situation where your UI begins to experience incredible loads, up to a complete freeze of the interface.

Expected behavior
Observe a situation where your UI begins to experience incredible loads, up to a complete freeze of the interface.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

OS: Windows 10
This problem does not depend on the PC configuration and most likely also on the platform.

Solution option
Implement pagination of the list of domains and IP addresses, as well as the list of applications. Alternative: uploading the following 10 domains (applications) when scrolling, if necessary.

AmazingVPN, Version: 4.8.1.9.
1 frame loads for more than 1 second, the very fact that I can screen it indicates this.
