Describe the bug
0xc0000142 error when launching the newest installer.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to Downloads
Click on AmneziaVPN_4.8.2.3_x64.exe
See error

Expected behavior
A working installer.

OS: Windows 11 23h2
Version 4.8.2.3

Additional context
I have ALL Visual C++ libraries installed and even reinstalled them (from MajorGeeks). Version 4.7 works correctly (but often disconnects), though the installer is also broken. This happened after Windows update I think.

P.S. I managed to update version by manually unpacking the installer with 7zip over the old version, but why is the installer broken?

Мне помог перенос установщика в корень диска C. Попробуй тоже. Видимо проблема из-за пути к файлу.
