Describe the bug
I have two separate VPN clients: Amnezia (latest) and PaperVPN (link 1: website, link 2: looks like forked from Outline). When I set up split tunneling for applications in Amnezia, next time I turn on PaperVPN, Amnezia's split tunneling settings are present in PaperVPN (despite the fact that there is no option for split tunneling in PaperVPN). The settings are stored somewhere in the OS and are shared between two VPN clients.
P.S. Where are those settings stored? Can I access and edit the file itself? I would very much apprieciate the info on it so i could create couple templates for it and change when needed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Set up split tunneling in Amnezia (e.g. browser 1 goes through vpn, browser 2 does not)
Connect to VPN using amnezia, check that split tunneling works.
Disconnect from VPN in Amnezia
Connect to VPN using PaperVPN

Expected behavior
Amnezia settings don't affect other VPN desktop clients

Desktop:

OS: Win 10 22H2

Additional information:
Keys from Amnezia (ssconf and others) usually work in PaperVPN. Contact me if you need a key for testing in PaperVPN
