Describe the bug
I use Amnezia VPN to selectively route Discord app traffic (blocked in my country) and use split tunneling feature with a long list of IP addresses (about 3500 IPs). It makes client interface lag a lot (freezes for several seconds), even though the VPN itself works perfectly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add about 3000 IPs to the split tunneling list
2. Try to use the app

Expected behavior
No lags when using Amnezia client

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 10
• Amnezia client 4.8.1.9

Smartphone (please complete the following information):

• Device: iPhone 14 Pro Max
• OS: iOS 17.6.1
• Amnezia client 4.8.1.8

Server (please complete the following information):

• OS: Debian 12

Would be good to have a toggle on a main screen, without going deep to settings and seeing slow big ip list
