Hia, do this VPN protocol is very secure and not will to collect and sell/give information about websites that I browsing to my goverment or an another places? I live in russia and there is very bad situation with VPNs

Amnezia is an open source project, you can inspect its code yourself. Amnezia clients are also inspected by 7A Security (read this one, for example).
