Describe the bug
I noticed that Amnesia VPN don't work with some apps on android

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Download and install latest github actions build
Install PipePipe(Youtube)
install NewPipe(YouTube)
Install ReVanced Instagram
latest versions everywhere

unfortunately, i cant test some usual apps from Google Play, cuz i don't have any google services on my phone
this behavior is quite odd for me. Some other vpn-clients work pretty well with these apps
bellow you can see that youtube clients asking authorization to watch content?
i don't see nothing similar before

instagram just don't work. That's it
