The function “Applications from the list should not work via VPN” does not work, for example, I add Google Chrome - I look through the site 2ip.ru and the tunnel does not work.

Does the Amnezia client generally work for ARM on Windows, if we put aside split tunneling? (I am planning to get an arm64 based laptop and wondering if Amnezia works on it?)

I have the same issue on a regular x86 Windows PC.

I've added a few apps to the split tunneling list to exclude them from the Wireguard tunnel (such as the Speedtest app), but it doesn't seem to do anything. The apps are still routed through the VPN anyway.

So this issue doesn't seem to be related to ARM PCs.
