The "Readme" contains the following information:

If the Amnezia website is blocked in your region, you can use an Alternative website link.
And a link is given: storage.googleapis.com/amnezia/amnezia.org

But you forgot the fact that the subdomain docs.amnezia.org is also blocked and links leading to documentation still do not open even in the alternative version.
