Problem:

The absence of split tunneling in Amnezia VPN Free makes it challenging to selectively bypass the VPN for specific resources. This increases tunnel load, impacts performance, and creates inconvenience for mixed-use scenarios.

Traffic Optimization: Excluding unnecessary resources from the VPN reduces server load and improves access speed.
Local Network Support: Direct access to local devices and networks enhances usability for home and office environments.
User Flexibility: Granular control over routing makes the app more versatile and competitive, even in its free tier.
Accessibility: Not all users can set up a private server, but they still need customizable traffic management.

Proposal:

Incorporate split tunneling into the Amnezia VPN Free client for public servers, allowing users to exclude specific IP addresses or domains from VPN routing.
