Describe the bug
Amnezia VPN self-hosted не может быть установлена на сервере с Ubuntu 25.04.
To Reproduce
Приобретаем сервер с Ubuntu 25.04 и пробуем подключиться и установить сервисы Amnezia.
Сервисы установятся - но VPN подключение к такому серверу будет невозможно.
Expected behavior
Сервисы Amnezia должны успешно работать.
