I useamnezia free. when trying to check the region ip - I see that the region has not changed. as was without vpn so remained with vpn. all blocked sites are open. is it a bug or amnezia free is enabled only for blocked sites ?

Have you cleared your browser cache? What protocol are you using? Are you using your ISP's DNS by any chance (this is unacceptable under any circumstances if you want to remain anonymous)...
