Hi, first of all, big thanks for everyone's work on this.

I have been using this for a couple weeks now, and I have had only a single major UX issue - the fact that changing any server settings results in all previous client credentials becoming invalid (talking about self-hosted here). I've skimped the code, and as I understand this is an inherent limitation of at least some of the protocols, where the client and server must have matching info about protocol configuration.

The idea that I have is to simply allow multiple instances of a single protocol with different configurations. While this doesn't allow to update the server configuration when the previous one stops working for example, it does allow to use new protocol configurations without affecting existing users. (e.g. add an instance with a new X-Ray URL for a user travelling to a country with a different set of blocked websites.)

I would appreciate some feedback from a maintainer on the validity of this idea, how much work it would entail, etc. I'm a relatively experienced C++ developer, so I would be willing to tackle this, provided I get some pointers on where to start, and what would need to be changed to support this.
