Describe the bug
Emoji are not rendering correctly with non-english letter next to it in Server name

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Open server edit page
  2. Click pencil button next to the server name to change name
  3. Enter emoji and some non-english letter, e.g. cyrillic: 🇸🇪 Швеция
  4. See emoji is rendered as two unknown symbols

Expected behavior
Emoji should always render correctly
