Some Apple services can receive traffic but cannot send it. For example, Mail can receive emails but cannot send them; iCloud photo synchronization does not work automatically, you have to synchronize manually; App Store app auto-updates do not work. I have AmneziaVPN turned on 24/7 and I can confirm that these issues exist.

Example:

macOS 15.6, 15.7, 26

If necessary, I can send you the logs from the Mail application.
