Describe the bug
Any IP-address pinging when connected via XRay

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Connect to server via XRay
2. Run in terminal: ping any_IP_address
3. Any IP address responding
4. traceroute not working to this IP

Expected behavior
ping failure

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
• Version 4.8.2.3

Server (please complete the following information):

• OS: Ubuntu 24.04
