When shutting down the Windows computer with an active VPN connection, the internet becomes unavailable after the PC boots up again. The VPN connection does not reconnect automatically, and network access is blocked until manually reconnecting through the Amnezia application.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Launch Amnezia VPN on Windows
Connect to a VPN server (any protocol)
Shut down the computer while the VPN connection is still active (do not disconnect manually)
Power on the computer
Observe that internet connection is unavailable
Check Amnezia VPN application - connection status shows disconnected
Internet access remains blocked until manually reconnecting in the app

Expected behavior

After system shutdown and restart, the VPN should either:

Automatically reconnect and restore internet access, or
Properly clean up the tunnel/network configuration so that internet works normally when disconnected

The system should not leave the network in a broken state that blocks internet access.[2][3]
