Describe the bug
When you are connected to XRay through the app and use the built in clipboard app (WIN + V hotkey) in Windows 11 it (the clipboard app) can just freeze without any ability to do anything with it. It just stucks there on the screen until you relaunch the explorer (and after that it cannot be accessed until you reload your pc). BUT if you go th the AmnesiaVPN app and click to disconnect from the tunnel it suddenly unfreezes. I had this issue a lot of times and every single time the solution was to disconnect and then reconnect to the vpn.

Note: It does not happen with the AmneziaWG protocol.

Another Note: The bug will only occur if your clipboard has Screenshots (at least one).

Why does this happen? Well my guess is because of the telemetry. Didn't try to get rid of it so I can't know for sure.

System specs:
Windows 11 Home Russian
25H2
26200.7171

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Connect to the XRay through the AmneziaVPN app (it's self hosted and I'm the admin if it helps)
Start copying and pasting and don't forget to make screenshots
Press Win + V to open the clipboard (if the error does not occur clean it and start over)
The Clipboard should freeze without any ability to interact with it.
Disconnect from the vpn to fix it.

Expected behavior
Well.. It shouldn't freeze

I have the identical issue with AmneziaVPN v.4.8.15.4 (Apr 27 2026 2edd7de4) installed just recently.
Connection is via OpenVPN protocol.
This issue is crticial!

Clipboard app freezing is NOT the only issue in my case:

Desktop may become completely frozen upon double clicking on a icon. - Not responsive from that moment with hourglass icon in a cursor.
Windows Start search menu may become completely frozen during input and stays like that (screenshot)
Clipboard app freezing as described in a topic.

Issue is resolved upon closing AmneziaVPN app.
Site-base split tunneling with ~500 including CIDR notations.

Windows 11 specs:
Edition Windows 11 Pro
Version 25H2
OS build 26200.8457
Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.304.0

It seems the issue is caused by the site-based split tunneling option. When it's off, everything works perfectly. Please fix this.
