Sometimes when Windows is just started (Win11, just regular one, without anything cut from it, updated)
Amnezia not working properly, "connecting" is circling infinitely, and AmneziaVPN service, is stuck on 6% CPU load
it can't be closed, it can't be restarted. there only one thread in process explorer, and it won't let me suspend it or kill

it also cause issues in system - as example, I was able to launch process explorer only from CMD, launching it from Explorer cause it to hung, without "not responding" option, just stuck, until you kill task manually.
it also caused issues with internet browser, when I've tried to open sites of Amnezia from GUI, while Service in this state. I think browser wont open anything at all after that.

And I found only one way to temporarily resolve it - restart. Until next day, when I start my PC at morning, this service hung happens again.

It's above my knowledge, but Gemini said that it's "read is waiting on a Kernel Object" so it's some issue on Kernel level, or might be it's hallucinated all thing, but I'm giving up resolving it by myself.

I'm having the exact same problem. WIndows 11 25h2, amnezia vpn service stuck at 6% load and only windows restart helps to resolve the issue.

There was a possibility of this and similar conditions like that for a year at least. Their gui is bugged and they do nothing about. One app shouldn't be able to disable all of the system's network stack. Unacceptable.

Default AmneziaVPN client for Windows is bugged.
If you are using AmneziaWG protocol, you can create new "classic" profile with ".conf" extension and import it into Wiresock.
Wiresock doesn't have support for l1 - l5 special junk packet, but it supports default AmneziaWG "magical headers".
