Describe the bug
After entering an address in the Website or IP field, a pop-up appears, blocking access to the input field. This further slows down manual entry of large numbers of addresses (not to mention the loss of focus on the input field).

To Reproduce

Click Split tunneling disabled or Split tunneling enabled
Click Site-based split tunneling
Click Website or IP
Enter website or IP address
Press Enter or click +

Expected behavior
The user can immediately continue entering the next address.

Log files
The user is forced to wait until the pop-up notification stops covering the Website or IP field.
