Describe the bug
Recently the app was broke and don't connect to free Amnezia server. Before all works, but with ugly quality. Update didn't fix that.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Select the free server.
  2. Enable logs.
  3. Start VPN.

Expected behavior
Successful connection.

I worked with version 4.8.11.4 3b3a0aac since November 2025. I updated to latest version 4.8.12.9 f7379284 today.

Additional context
I live in Russia and set the Russian app language. I'm the developer also and I try to write all useful information for you. I analyzed the logs and I think, that:

  1. Amnezia cannot to connect the server, because of Russians blocks enhanced.
  2. Amnezia cannot to read a some device (QIODevice) on my PC and a connection cannot be solved.
  3. Amnezia unknown error.

I don't know, how to measure a VPN's speed, but the speedtest.net shows 520 in | 483 out Mbps, Google Chrome downloads and site loading at 0.4-1 Mbps average.

Do I need to close this issue?
