A VLESS UUID can now stay active from one IP at a time.
When the same UUID connects from a new IP, existing TCP connections from the previous IP are reset. Multiple connections from the same IP keep working.
Tested with VLESS TCP/REALITY and a Linux TCP RST integration test.
🔄 This issue represents a GitHub Pull Request. It cannot be merged through Gitea due to API limitations.
