A similar issue has already been reported here: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-android/issues/13.

This limitation appears to be located here: https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-android/blob/master/tunnel/src/main/java/org/amnezia/awg/backend/Tunnel.java.
Perhaps it would be worth increasing the maximum number of characters.
