This PR migrates the project structure from traditional Xcode Groups to Folder References (Buildable Folders / File System Folders).
Previously, adding, moving, or deleting files required updating the .xcodeproj file, which frequently caused complex merge conflicts. Now, the project structure mirrors the actual file system.

🚀 Key Changes

Removed Xcode Groups: Converted virtual groups into real file system directories.
Folder References: Enabled automatic file syncing based on the disk structure.
Cleaned .xcodeproj: Drastically reduced the size of the project file and eliminated source tree clutter.

No more merge conflicts in .xcodeproj when adding or removing files.
Single source of truth: The disk structure matches the Xcode navigator 1:1.
Smoother code reviews and easier file management.
