Summary

Replace Outline SDK imports from github.com/Jigsaw-Code/outline-sdk with golang.getoutline.org/sdk.
Update the SDK module requirements to the latest vanity modules: golang.getoutline.org/sdk v0.0.23 and golang.getoutline.org/sdk/x v0.2.0.
Refresh go.mod and go.sum with go mod tidy.

Of note: I'm increasing the required Go version to 1.25. 1.24 was released 1.5 years ago and no longer receives security updates (https://endoflife.date/go).
