Здравствуйте, раньше удалял пир через команду sed -i (тут условие удаление пира) wg0.conf
А с обновлением amnezia wg 2 обнаружил, что не работает. Вы перенесли интерфейс на awg0 и сделали глобальный файл конфигов awg0.conf. Теперь же sed не работает, то есть команда не удаляет пир из awg0.conf. Я не знаю, как удалить теперь пир из hardware памяти: awg0.conf.

What's the specific application/service do you use? This functionality should be remained the same as it was on the original WG, nothing else supposed yo be changed.
Could you provide more information about the issue? Would be great if you provide some logs about the problem
