Looks like the problem is with 6.12.111 kernel, revert to 6.12.107 for now.

This is how you install kernel module on Debian 13

sudo apt install -y gnupg2 linux-headers-$(uname -r)

sudo install -d -m 0755 /etc/apt/keyrings
gpg --keyserver keyserver.ubuntu.com --recv-keys 75C9DD72C799870E310542E24166F2C257290828
gpg --export 75C9DD72C799870E310542E24166F2C257290828 | sudo tee /etc/apt/keyrings/amnezia.gpg > /dev/null

sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/amnezia.sources > /dev/null << 'EOF'
Types: deb deb-src
URIs: https://ppa.launchpadcontent.net/amnezia/ppa/ubuntu
Suites: focal
Components: main
Signed-By: /etc/apt/keyrings/amnezia.gpg

sudo apt update
sudo apt install -y amneziawg
