Summary

Add a BLAKE2s compatibility wrapper so the module builds against both pre-6.19 and 6.19+ kernel APIs.
Update noise/cookie hashing call sites in noise/cookie paths to use the compatibility wrapper and avoid type/signature breakage.
Add targeted netlink error logs to make Unable to modify interface: Invalid argument failures diagnosable in dmesg.
