@Ser9ei commented on GitHub (Aug 20, 2024):

  1. Get OpenWrt source to your local dir
  2. Download source code from this repository and move "amneziawg-tools", "luci-proto-amneziawg", "kmod-amneziawg" to the "packages" directory of the OpenWrt sources from the step (1)
  3. Follow instructions from the official OpenWrt wiki https://openwrt.org/docs/guide-developer/toolchain/single.package

@TheBugurtov

  1. Make a fork of the repo.
  2. Create a folder .github/workflows.
  3. Grab a github action workflow file build-modules.yam from most starred forks and put it in newly created folder .github/workflows.
  4. Update build_env according to your OpenWrt release, CPU arch/target/subtarget and vermagic (opkg list-installed kernel returns the needed value after dash: ***-).
  5. Commit changes, add a tag like v*..
  6. Push commit and tags. Wait up to 2 hours while job being exucuted. Grab packages from release and install locally using OpenWrt web UI -> Software

precompiled binaries for all(?) arch u can get there (if u trust it ;) https://github.com/Slava-Shchipunov/awg-openwrt/releases/tag/v23.05.4

Those are outdated and are not in sync with the upstream.
