I use the configuration generated by the Windows client (5.0.1.5) for my self-hosted server with the Amnezia 3.1 protocol

# awg setconf awg0 /etc/amnezia/amneziawg/awg0.conf
Line unrecognized: `Address=10.8.1.6/32'
Configuration parsing error

[Interface]
Address = 10.8.1.6/32
DNS = 192.168.0.1, 1.0.0.1
...

I also tried using awg-quick, but I still get the error:

# awg-quick up awg0
[#] ip link add awg0 type amneziawg
[#] awg setconf awg0 /dev/fd/63
Unable to modify interface: Invalid argument
[#] ip link delete dev awg0

# uname -a
Linux amnezia-wg 5.15.0-187-generic #197-Ubuntu SMP Fri Jul 17 19:17:01 UTC 2026 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

# awg --version
amneziawg-tools v3.1.20260812 - https://amnezia.org
