When client is connected there is no access to LANs IPs f.e. 192.168.1.1 and so on.
There is Peer\AllowedIPs in *.conf. Maybe add something like ExcludedIPs?

Try to uncheck "Block untunneled traffic" check box in "Edit Tunnel" dialog.
