After upgrading 1.0.0 to 1.0.1, this text appeared. Was not a issue in 1.0.0.
I downloaded 1.0.1 from GitHub release page (releases/tag/1.0.1).

It's OK for your local builds as you mentioned in the linked issue, I doubt this should be the case for "official" releases by AmneziaWG.
By the way, the issue you linked to is not discoverable via search. Put at least some relevant words in its title.

And to make it worse, the .exe is actually signed by Amnezia. Yet the title says the opposite.
