Good afternoon, gentlemen. Please forgive me in advance if the question is stupid, but I was able to find a direct answer to my question, neither on reddit, nor in github questions, nor in any articles on forums.
Background: I have a win 10 machine with a wi-fi module, so I can create a mobile access point, a VPS machine in a country with an installed Amnesia server.
If I try to allow a network connection through the network adapter settings for the access point, then all devices will fall off at the moment of receiving the IP address. Is there really no way to share an VPN connection without a special device; firmware\purchase router?

I found the answer to my question on my own. The Wiresock app helped me

First of all you should use static ip on client, cause windows hotspot doesn't have dhcp.
Also:
For OpenVPN you should disable KillSwitch in Amnesia settings.
For other protocols (e.g. AmnesiaWG or XRay) you should enable split tunneling (site-based) for you ip address (or range) in Amnesia settings. Maybe also disable KillSwitch (didn't check it)
