When desktop mode for websites is on, the webpage content starts fluctuating. Kindly see the attached video, it is totally impossible to work this way. Behaves for almost all websites I tried.. be it microsoft online office, onlyoffice, google, dictionary.com etc.

Behaves normally on my phone Samsung A35 Android 14 OneUI 6.1

Device: Samsung Galaxy Tab S7+
Android 13
OneUI 5.1

Same issue here, Android 14 landscape mode on a smartphone. Site: flightradar24.com.
I prefer landscape because normal browsers also use landscape like a computer screen.
This makes it useless.

I am still struggling to reproduce this issue.

@freebrowser1
Could you try resetting the data of the Android WebView app and reset cache (not data!) of Native Alpha itself?

Also, does the same issue occur in other WebView-based apps such as WebMediaShare? It's deprecated and unmaintained, but you can fetch the APK for test purposes here.

@cylonid I tried for both the possible solutions you provided but they didnt work. The second one, the WebMediaShare App, doesnt seem to have a desktop mode for sites, but there was an option called user agent and in its settings I tried bout desktop and tablet mode but website was still loading as mobile version.

I then tried Hermit App from playstore and no such issue was there too.. the website loaded properly as desktop version.

Ah yes, I can reproduce it now and found one possible culprit.
@zealstallion Could you try the provided beta APK and tell me if the issue is fixed for you?

Can be installed over the current release and will be compatible with future releases, no worries.

Here as well, Flightradar24 now works normally in landscape full screen.
